Clinica Dental Dr. Ivan Castillo y Dra. Grethel Aguiar - Alajuela

My wife had a fixed upper and lower bridge done by Dr.Castillo. During the time the work was in the final stages two of the teeth broke on the upper and it had to be repaired. The bridges were completed less than 12 months ago and now the upper is useless. My wife's jaw started to swell and she was in horrible pain. We went to a different clinic to analyze the problem. We were told the bridge was done in a very poor and insufficient manner and had to be replaced. I asked if it could be saved they said there is no way possible to do so. The bridge work cost over $7,200.00 and is a great loss. I must add that we paid everything in cash as the work was being performed and never offered a receipt for any of the payments. The experience was a total disgrace and a great loss of hard earned money. I must add that a lower bridge at this time seems to be okay.
