We hired Edward Flores to do the electrical for our new business in Escazu. It all seemed to be off to a good start, but after a 2 week vacation for Christmas things went South. All of a sudden he informed us that another "coworker" would be completing the job because he had another one that was far outside of San Jose. When said coworker shows up it turns out he was an independent contractor that Edward had randomly called to finish the job. He had no prior knowledge of the work that was done or what needed to be completed, and came to give us a brand new quote on work we had already contracted to Edward. In addition, the new electrician noted that Edward has used banned materials to do the electrical work. We had already paid 80% of the job he said was 80% done. It was barely 30% done when he abandoned it and ran off with the money. Long story short, don't use ElectriRed Edward Flores is a fraud.
